A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and times for your outing. The final guaranteed count of players is due 5 days prior to the event date and final payment will be required prior to the start of play. Any and all damage/liability is the responsibility of the organization.

All players must ride – Otter Creek will provide up to 74 golf carts for an event. Should additional carts be required, carts will be procured by Otter Creek for an additional fee. Notification of cart requirements should be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.

Butte des Morts Country Club, Inc. will be available for golf outings on Mondays (and some Tuesdays) only. Butte des Morts Country Club, Inc. will make every attempt to hold Monday dates for any group that holds their outing on an annual basis for 30 days after the date of this letter. After such time, the date will become available to anyone else that would be interested, either Member or Member-Sponsored.
