OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION LINE AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE DATES:Outside Construction Line Agreement • June 17th, 2019 • Georgia
This Agreement covers rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for employees working for Employers on Outside Electric Construction Work, as defined in Article XXVI, Section 4 of the IBEW Constitution when such work is performed on properties of Private Utility Companies, REA Cooperatives, Municipalities, and Railroads. This work is to include the erecting, installing, altering, repairing, servicing, the digging of ditches, pole holes, tower and sub- station footing and communication and signal systems throughout the entire state of Georgia except the following counties: Catoosa, Dade, Fannin, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Walker and Whitfield.
