In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Diminishing Musharakah Co-Ownership Agreement, Ijarah Agreement, Assignment (1st Party), Purchase Undertaking all dated 19th July 2016 entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale And Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Utuh Sejagat Sdn Bhd ("the Developer") dated 19th December 2016, it is hereb y proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
