(“PacketFabric”) and the customer executing the Order (“Customer”) PacketFabric and Customer may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” These Terms and Conditions apply to Customer’s access to and use of the Services. Capitalized terms are defined in Section 11 at the end of this document.
