This Securities Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of June 21, 2013, by and among PACIFIC VENTURES GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (collectively with its predecessors, the “Company”), CAPITAL BUILDERS, INC., a Utah company (the “Controlling Stockholder”) and BRETT BERTOLAMI, an individual (the “Investor”).
