[“Dancer”] has been invited by Kelly Charlton [“Director”] to participate in the PacWest Performing Company (“Performing Company”). In exchange for the training and the opportunity to compete and perform as provided by the Performing Company, Dancer and his/her Guardian(s) agree to the following terms and conditions as indicated by their signatures below:
