This Parade Sponsorship Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 7, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) by and between MY/ZP IP Group, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership (“MY/ZP”), and Chuy’s Opco, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Chuy’s”).
