AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of September 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as the Chicago Public Schools with its principal office located at 42 W Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60602 (the "Board” or “CPS”) and Northstar Affiliation Services LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with offices located at 4536 N. Elston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60630 (“Vendor”). The Board and Vendor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
