Osceola Virtual School requires a commitment from all school stakeholders. These stakeholders include the student, parent/guardian, director, professional school counselor, instructors and testing coordinator. OVS courses are delivered online and students are not required to attend a physical class in a brick and mortar school. Although there is not a physical classroom that students go to daily, students must meet all public school regulatory requirements set forth by School District of Osceola County and Virtual Instruction Programs. Listed below are the expectations/requirements for participation in Osceola Virtual School. Failure to comply with one or more of these as determined by the school director or designee is grounds for dismissal from the “Virtual School Option”.
