This Parent/Athlete Contract (“Agreement”) is made between Thunder Youth Spirit Revolution, Inc. d/b/a TYSR Cheer, Thunder Youth Cheer, Thunder Youth Competition Cheer and Thunder Cheer, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“TYCC”) and the undersigned parent/guardian and athlete (individually “Parent” or “Athlete” and collectively “Parent/Athlete”), and is made upon the dates ascribed below.

schedule for the “Disney Duels” wrestling competition more commonly known as the AAU Scholastic Duels, held at The Orange County Florida Convention Center. The date of the event is to be determined and the signees acknowledge this variable. LEWC will sponsor each athlete willing to compete in this event, until the roster is full, in the amount of $400 per athlete. Terms of sponsorship will be based on the requirement of each parent and/or athlete completing 20 volunteer hours for the Lake Erie Wrestling Club events including tournaments by February 26, 2023. The fulfillment of timely payments according to the payment schedule also must be completed. Lack of payment or delinquent payments more than 15 days after the date its due, will result in the termination of this agreement and ineligibility to receive the sponsorship. Failure to complete these terms and conditions as set forth will result in a forfeiture of money paid and inability to attend the event.

The following Articles and the GHSCTBC Bylaws present the structure and procedures of the GHSCTBC and policies for the team. Please read these articles and the Bylaws, and then please print and complete the forms on the last two pages to accept the terms so that your student athlete may participate in GHS Crew.
