Title I ensures that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education. Title I funds enable schools to employ and train state certified teachers and paraprofessionals, purchase instructional materials, update technology in the classroom, and sponsor parent and family engagement activities. Parents of students in Title I school have a right to request and receive information on the qualifications of their child’s teachers.
