The purpose of this document is to establish an agreement and a set of rules and guidelines within which the Urban Exchange Management (hereinafter referred to as UE Management or simply UE) seeks to obtain the optimum usage of the facility as it relates to parking of personal vehicles. Our goals are to maximize the availability, convenience and ease of access for the tenants. All parking is considered limited access and is further explained in this document. Should the tenant’s lease and this document conflict in anyway this document shall take precedence; however, the scope of that precedence extends only to the information and topics contained herein.

The acceptance of the parking ticket constitutes an agreement between Management and the acceptor thereof that Management shall not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles, accessories or the contents thereof caused by fire, theft, collision, water or other causes, and acceptor agrees to park in area designated by Parking Attendant. No overnight parking allowed. Acceptor and automobile occupants further agree to grant to Lagoon the authority, if desired by them, to use individual photographs in legitimately advertising and promoting the Park and its attractions.

All members, in good standing, will be eligible to park and keep their race trailer at the track during the year. This includes being able to keep race trailers only at the track on non-race days throughout the year. This is a privilege available to Active Members in Good Standing and storing of race trailers is not to be considered an automatic inclusion in the TVQMA Membership Agreement. Furthermore, the policy is not intended to randomly restrict access or inconvenience members in any way, but to benefit the club in a fundraising capacity for repairs and to keep the club and association fully funded and operational for future families to come. All Club By-Laws, Rules and Track Usage agreement apply.

Parking at Central Catholic

As you know parking around Central Catholic is often difficult. This is the case for our neighbors as well. Many of their houses do not have adequate driveways and they depend on street parking for their residence. In 1987, as part of the Conditional Use Permit to build the second gymnasium, the city required Central Catholic to enter into a Good Neighbor Agreement to mitigate the impact of parking on the neighborhood. For events at Central Catholic, please park around the perimeter of the school, on Stark Street and by the cemetery on 26th.
