This Parking Ramps Advertising Agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of November 1, 2015, is by and between the City of East Lansing, A Michigan municipal corporation (the "City"), with its principal offices at 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823, and Adams Outdoor Advertising Limited Partnership, a Minnesota Limited Partnership ("Contractor"), with its registered offices at 30600 Telegraph Road, Bingham Farms, MI 48025.
