This Los Angeles Kings Partiall Season Ticket License & Automatic Payment Agreement, as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 11(G) below (the “Agreement”) governs your relationship with The Los Angeles Kings Hockey Club, L.P. (the “Kings,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) as a season ticketholder. It applies to the 2022-23 National Hockey League (“NHL”) season, and any future seasons in which you purchase tickets during the term of this Agreement, unless we enter into a new agreement.
