WHEREAS, French Federation of Double Dutch (FFDD) and International Jump Rope Union ("IJRU") is the owner/operator/sponsor of the Paris 2024 Jump Rope Engagement (the "Activity"). FFDD and IJRU is willing to permit the individual (the "Participant" or “I”) signing this agreement to participate in the Activity, provided that the Participant is willing to abide by the Documents (as defined below), the contents of which are hereby expressly incorporated by reference.
