This Participating Dealer Acknowledgment and Agreement (this “Agreement”) is executed by and between the undersigned Participating Dealer, as of the date noted below and Southern California Edison (“SCE” or the “Program Administrator”). This Agreement, and the Program Documents (which are incorporated herein by reference) govern the Participating Dealer’s participation in the Southern California Edison Drayage Truck Rebate Program (the “Program”).
