Current effective values for purposes of submitting Self-Schedules and Bids for Energy and/or Ancillary Services in the CAISO Markets may differ from those set forth in this Schedule 1, depending on the results of CAISO performance testing pursuant to Sections 8.9, 8.10 and Appendix K: Ancillary Services Requirements Protocol of the CAISO Tariff. This and other values are subject to certification by the CAISO in accordance with Section 4.3.2 of the Participating Generator Agreement and the CAISO Tariff. More detailed Generating Unit operating data must be provided at a time and in a format specified by the CAISO in response to CAISO requests pursuant to CAISO Tariff Sections 4.6.4 and 4.6.7.1 and 30. The maximum allowable capability when the resource is operating. The maximum allowable charging level when the resource is operating, if applicable. The value will be 0 for non-storage generating type.

Aggregated Distributed Generation Pilot Project - Pro Forma Agreement and Related Requirements

Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act ("FPA"), 16 U.S.C § 824d, and Section 35.13 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's ("FERC" or "Commission") regulations, 18 C.F.R. § 35.13, the California Independent System Operator ("ISO"), respectfully submits for filing an original and six copies of a pro forma Aggregated Distributed Generation Pilot Project ("ADGPP") Participating Generator Agreement ("PGA"). The ADGPP PGA is intended for use in a pilot project designed by the ISO and scheduled to be in effect from June 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, unless terminated earlier. This pilot project will test arrangements for Generating Units with a rated capacity less than 1 MW that are currently not accommodated in ISO markets to be aggregated into units no less than 1 MW but less than 10 MW, and to, in this aggregated fashion, schedule Energy with the ISO and participate in the ISO's Supplemental Energy market.1 A further similar program may be offered after December 31,

Please find enclosed a notice concerning the termination of the Participating Generator Agreement (“PGA”) between the California Independent System Operator Corporation (“ISO”) and Burney Forest Power (“Burney”).1 The PGA was filed with the Commission on June 4, 1998, in Docket No. ER98-3223-000, and accepted for filing by letter order dated July 6, 1998.2 Pursuant to the Commission’s acceptance of the settlement in Docket Nos. ER98-992-000, et al., by letter order dated February 24, 2000,3 the ISO submitted an amended PGA on June 23, 2000. The Commission accepted this amended PGA for filing in a letter order dated August 9, 2000.
