I, the undersigned below, in consideration of my child’s or ward’s participation in the Event(s) referenced above and any related activities thereto including training, preparation, and travel (separately and collectively, the “Event”), wherever the/these Event(s) may occur, acknowledge that I am aware that as a result of my child’s or ward’s participation in the Event, there exists the potential for injuries including but not limited to scrapes, bruises, broken bones, and various injuries to the body, and I freely assume on my child’s or ward’s behalf all risks incidental to such participation.

TEAMRCD in cooperation with the Rancho California Water District (RCWD) ahs developed an Agricultural Irrigation Efficiency Program ("AIEP") for Agricultural customers. The purpose of AIEP is to enhance water use efficiency among agricultural water users within the RCWD service area through implementation of Water Use Efficiency Devices. Water Use Efficiency Devices are defined as those that have been tested by a third party such as the Center for Irrigation Technology and have been scientifically proven to enhance water use efficiency. RCWD will approve the installation of water use efficiency devices at eligible sites on a case by case basis based on cost effectiveness. The TEAMRCD will collect consumption data to evaluate whether the Water Use Efficiency Devices would effectively enhance water use efficiency, if utilized by similarly situated customers within the RCWD service area.
