Sam Houston Parkway South, Suite 2000, Houston, Texas 77042-3622, Ridgewood Energy Corporation (“Ridgewood”), whose mailing addresses of 11700 Katy Freeway, Suite 280, Houston, Texas 77079, and Stone Energy Corporation (“Stone”), whose mailing address is 625 East Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, Louisiana 70508, with LLOG, MEI, Ridgewood and Stone being herein referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
