This support includes training and mentoring of faculty, setting up sites for te classes, ensuring that students are loaded into the sites and providing assistance to students who are having difficulties accessing their classes. In addition, the program committee is responsible serves as a resource for negotiating contracts with the college's (CMS) provider and recommending policy for online distance learning as a sub- committee of the Academic Senate's Curriculum Committee Affairs Cluster.
