The completion and submission of this form constitutes a binding written agreement between the donor aka “Partner” or “Sponsor” and the New Orleans 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb (a dba of the Association of Memorial Stair Climbs). Contributions cannot be recognized and benefits will not be administered until an accurate form is signed by a duly appointed representative of the donor and returned with any necessary accompaniments - including the donation. Unless otherwise stated, financial donations must be received no later than 9/30/20. Donation of any real property must include the transfer of the rights to the Association for that property.
