SERVICE [WILLIAMSON COUNTY REGIONAL PARK] is entered into effective as of the Effective Date (defined below), by and between VISTA OAKS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Texas operating under Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code and formerly known as Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 9 (the “District”), and WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”).
