This PATENT AND TECHNOLOGY LICENSING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of July 26, 2007 is by and between Econo-Power International Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada (“EPIC”), and Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Iowa (“Licensee”) (each of EPIC and Licensee a “Party”, and together the “Parties”).
