THIS AMENDED & RESTATED CONFIRMATORY PATENT ASSIGNMENT AND ROYALTY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 11, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SRQ PATENT HOLDINGS II, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Assignor”), located at 324 South Hyde Park Ave Suite 350 Tampa FL 33606, SUPERA PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Florida corporation, (“Assignee”), located at 324 S. Hyde Park Avenue, Suite 350, Tampa FL 33606, and Jonnie R.
