This PATENT RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., a Chinese Corporation, having offices at Administration Building Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Bantian Longgang District, Shenzhen 518129, P. R.
