This Agreement is entered into as of this 1st date of March, 2022 ("Effective Date") by and between the University Of Pittsburgh - Of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education ("Pitt"); Boston Medical Center, Geisinger Clinic, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, The Ohio State University, collectively The Pennsylvania State University and The Milton 5. Hershey Medical Center, Rush University Medical Center, Temple University - Of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education, University of Michigan and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (each individually a "PaTH Site").
