This Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) USER GUIDE provides information and instructions PAPs will need as they implement and then manage the PAP information sharing process with CMS. In particular, a PAP DSA and the information in this User Guide will allow data exchange partners to coordinate Medicare Part D drug benefits with CMS, within the requirements of the Medicare Modernization Act (MMA).
