This Agreement (the “Agreement”), is effective as of January 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of West St. Paul, 1616 Humboldt Ave., West St. Paul, MN 55118, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Sports Facility Development and Management Group, LLC, 432 Vadnais Lakes Drive, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “parties.”
