As used in these terms and conditions (herein called “Terms and Conditions”) for the Bank’s “Pay with ACH” online electronic funds transfer service (formerly known as Pay Direct) for commercial customers via the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) on KeyBank’s Website (the “Service”), “Customer” is defined in the KeyBank Business Online Services Agreement and “Bank” means KeyBank National Association.
