The PayHalal™ User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a contract between you and Souqa Fintech Sdn Bhd (“PayHalal™”) that governs your use of your PayHalal™ account and the PayHalal™ services. The opening of PayHalal™ account is made through PayHalal™’s prescribed form and is subject to PayHalal™’s requirements, including those as to age, initial and minimum deposit, references and supporting documents acceptable to PayHalal™. PayHalal™ may vary such requirements at any time and from time to time at its absolute discretion with prior notice. By opening and using a PayHalal™ account, you agree to use PayHalal™ Services in accordance with the principles of Shariah and to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, so please read all of the terms and conditions carefully.
