The EpicPay International LLC DBA Fortis Payment Systems LLC (“Fortis”) Terms and Conditions is a legal agreement (this “Agreement”) between you (“Sub- Merchant,” "user," "you" or "your") and EpicPay International LLC DBA Fortis Payment Systems, LLC (“Fortis”, "we," "our" or "us") governing your use of an Account (as defined below) and payment processing services (“Services”) Fortis provides. Services also includes Fortis’ payment processing services, as well as our website, any software, programs, documentation, tools, hardware, internet-based services, components, and any updates (including software maintenance, service information, help content, bug fixes or maintenance releases) thereto provided to you by Fortis, directly or indirectly. This Agreement shall be effective upon acceptance by Fortis. It shall continue indefinitely unless and until terminated by either party.
