BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE WARRANTING THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND YOUR COMPANY. THE WEBSITE OWNER RESERVES ITS SOLE RIGHT AND DISCRETION TO DECIDE WHETHER YOU MAY BECOME AND CONTINUE TO BE A BUYER AT THIS WEBSITE.

This Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date mentioned under Annexure “A” and shall remain in full force until either party terminates this Agreement by giving 30 days prior written notice or until terminated under other provisions of this Agreement.
