Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2020 (the "Effective Date") and shall continue in effect for 36 months ending on December 31, 2022 (the "Initial Term") and shall continue thereafter for successive one year terms ("Extended Term(s)"), unless either Party notifies the other that it elects not to renew this Agreement at least six (6) months prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Extended Term.
