This Amendment (“Amendment”) to the PayPal HereTM Agreement (“PPH Agreement”) found on: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/paypalhereterms-full and to the PayPal Website Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal Agreement (“Pro/VT Agreement”) found on https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/provt-full and the PayPal User Agreement (“User Agreement”) found on: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full (collectively the “Agreements”) is made and entered into as of the date last executed as set forth below (the “Effective Date”) between PayPal, Inc. (“PayPal”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 2211 N. 1st Street, San Jose, California 95131, and Comal County TX (“Merchant”) (collectively, “the Parties”). All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the PPH Agreement.
