Each of the Products includes the PayPal Services listed in this Pro/VT Agreement and described more fully on our website. This PayPal Website Payments Pro / Virtual Terminal Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you (also referred to as the “Merchant”) and PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie, S.C.A. ("PayPal" or "we"). You agree that any use by you of Online Card Payment Services shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement and we recommend that you store or print-off a copy of this Agreement. PayPal is licensed as a Luxembourg credit institution and is under the prudential supervision of the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the "CSSF"). The CSSF has its registered office in L-1150 Luxembourg. Because the funds in your PayPal Account are electronic money, which does not legally qualify as a deposit or an investment service, you are not protected by the Luxembourg deposit guarantee schemes provided by the Association pour la Garantie des Dépôts Luxembourg.
