This Alliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made the date last executed as evidenced below (“the Effective Date”) by and between the University of Maryland Global Campus (“UMGC”) and Pikes Peak Community College (“PPCC”) who together are collectively referred to as the “Institutions.” This Agreement replaces the Alliance Agreement entered into between the Institutions on March 12, 2007.
