This Pennsylvania Fixed Energy Supply Agreement for electric generation service is made and entered into this 12th day of March, 2018 by and between LifeEnergy, LLC ("LifeEnergy") and Alice Kellepourey located at 209 Elm Terrace, Narberth, PA 19072 ("Customer"). The terms of the Contract Summary are incorporated into this Agreement by reference but in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Contract Summary, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
