This document contains the terms and conditions under which Staffordshire County Council as Administering Authority (“the Administering Authority”) will carry out the administration of the pension fund under the Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) Regulations 2008 (“Administration Regulations”) and how it will deal with performance monitoring of the employing authorities. It shall be known as the Pension Fund Service Level Agreement or SLA.
