This Performance Cash Plan Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by [_________] (“you” or “Employee”) for the benefit of Lightning eMotors, Inc., Inc, a Delaware corporation, (“Lightning eMotors” or “Company”), and shall be deemed effective on June 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”).
