THIS PERFORMANCE STOCK UNIT AWARD AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of October 3, 2022 by and between Paul Levesque (referred to hereinafter as “Executive”) and World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.
