This agreement covers the relationship between you and PerformYard, Inc. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization and confirming that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms and conditions. If you register for a free trial of our services, this agreement covers that free trial.
