This Agreement shall become effective on __01/07/2022_ and ends on 01/07/2024 (‘Initial Term’). Following the expiration of the Initial Term, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, and such termination shall be effective upon the delivery of a 30 business days written notice by either party to the other party, to the contact details mentioned in the Preamble of this Agreement.
