This PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Bank’s Personal Online Banking (“System”). By checking the box that you have read and agree and clicking the “Submit” button at the time of enrollment in the System, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement contains the terms and conditions of your enrollment and your use of the System and its related services, including but not limited to your rights, obligations and liabilities as a user of the System, System requirements and security features. It is recommended you print and retain a paper copy of the most recent version of the Agreement for your reference and records.
