This Personal Seat License Agreement (this “PSL Agreement”) is being entered into in conjunction with the PSL/Club Seat Confirmation provided by Jets Stadium Development, LLC (“JSD” or “Licensor”) to the person or entity identified as the Licensee therein (the “Confirmation”). Pursuant to the Confirmation, (i) Licensee has purchased from JSD (or from a prior PSL licensee, in the case of a PSL transfer in accordance with Section 5(c) below (an “Approved Transfer”)) a Personal Seat License (“PSL”) that relates to certain club seats in the Stadium (as defined in Section 6 below) constructed for use by the New York Jets football team (the “Jets”), and (ii) JSD and Licensee have entered into a Club Seat License Agreement (the “Club Seat Agreement”) that governs certain rights and obligations of Licensee related to the club seats. The Confirmation is fully incorporated into, and forms a part of, this PSL Agreement.

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the PSL granted to the person or entity executing this Agreement as Licensee. The PSL granted hereby relates to the seat(s) listed below of the new football seats at Lumpkin County High School in Dahlonega, GA. to serve as the home stadium for the Lumpkin County Indians for home games.
