Contract Type FiledAugust 11th, 2010WHEREAS the Board and a Bargaining Committee of the Association are empowered, under Section 119 of the Police Services Act, being Chapter 10 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1990, as amended, to bargain for the purpose of coming to an agreement in writing defining, determining and providing for remuneration, pensions, sick leave credit gratuities, grievance procedure or working conditions of the members of the Hamilton Police Service, except as is otherwise provided in the said Act, every person employed in the Hamilton Police Service is deemed to be a Member of that Service, and
