Personnel File Policy – There are two sources of information available for review concerning personnel file policies and procedures: The Senate Policy File (under Faculty, Personnel Files) and The Collective Bargaining Agreement for Unit 3 Faculty (Article 11 - Personnel Files). Staff members, department chairs/directors, and peer review committee chairs should be familiar with these documents if they are involved in either the maintenance of faculty personnel files or in the preparation of faculty personnel correspondence. The Senate Policy File is available on line at the Senate or the Office of Faculty Advancement website. The Collective Bargaining Agreement can be accessed on line.
