For employees not covered by this Agreement full-time employees employed on a twelve (12) month basis shall begin to earn paid vacation days as of the first of the month commencing after their date of hire. Vacation time shall be earned at the rate of 1/12 of the applicable annual amount for each complete month of service, according to the following schedule:
