This is a contract between Valley Animal Hospital of Merced (hereinafter “VAH”) and the Pet Owner whose signature appears below (hereinafter “Owner”) providing for the boarding care of a certain pet or pets (hereinafter collectively “Pet”) described in the check-in documents (hereinafter together with this document, the “Contract”).
