This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the smartphone application Photage ("Application") provided by Photage LLC (sometimes referred to as “Photage”). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Photage LLC. As used herein, the term “us”, “we” or “our” means Photage LLC. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.
