The picnic shelter may be used, without a fee, on a “First Come, First Served” basis, if the picnic shelter has not been reserved. A three-hour time limit shall be in effect for any person or group using the picnic shelter on a first come, first served basis.

Renter agrees to pay for all damages and will hold the Town of Woodfin harmless of any actions on the part of the renter or others attending the event. Renter agrees to leave grounds, shelter, and parking lot clean and free of damage. Per Municipal Ordinance 22-2, alcohol consumption is not allowed on outdoor municipal properties. No signage may be removed or altered that is present on the municipal grounds.

Reservation date availability must be confirmed by county park staff. The date will be secured upon confirmation of availability and receipt of payment. If payment is not received within two (2) weeks, the date requested will be considered available for other parties.
